Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Neck ache and weak legs and tired feeling needs a little work up for any neurological deficit like TIA or any other nerve damage. if ruled out then all you need is some tylenol and some supportive care. You should get a little baseline work up and let the doctor assess. If every thing comes clean there is nothing to worry about . You will need good supportive care with vitamin supplements, nutritional support and balanced diet and lifestyle.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
