Brief Answer:
Get nerve conduction studies and electromyography.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

It is difficult to comment anything from history you have given because there are many reasons for all these symptoms, so I advise you to get nerve conduction studies and electromyography of right upper limb, xray cervical spine AP and Lateral view and then send me the report.

It can also occur due to deficiency of Vitamins E, B1, B6, B12, and niacin as these are essential for healthy nerve function.

Nerve entrapment syndromes may also cause the symptoms which you are facing. e.g carpal tunnel syndrome which involve mainly hand.

So in addition to already taking medication you should add gabapentine, multi-vitamins tablet by prescription of your local doctor.

Once pain subside do regular physiotherapy as uploaded on youtube.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
