Brief Answer:
I would advise you a medical check up.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Your current complains need further investigations, as there are not enough data to draw any preliminary conclusions about the pain nature. Please describe to me the quality of pain, what makes it worse or better, etc

I would recommend to check your blood pressure values, to remember any forgotten symptoms, and discuss with your doctor about your complains. So I advice to perform a medical check up. A careful physical examination, a resting ECG, chest X ray study, and eventually some blood tests would be helpful to differentiate between several reasons of your pain. If any suspicions is raised, further medical tests may be necessary.

So, don't panic, but have a medical check up.

Hope to have been helpful. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
