Question : I hit my shin probably three weeks ago plating football and I have a bump on my shin. I can run, walk and more with no pain but usually after 3 weeks this should go away. If I press on it , I have no pain but around it if I press then it hurts. opinion?

It looks like there is wound infection and you have signs of it,swelling and pain on pressure. It would be good to have10 days antibiotic therapy with amoxicilin,apply cold compresses and rest. Wish you good health. Regards
