Question : I've had an ultrasound scan as I've had pain in my abdomen, the sonographer said I need to go see a gynaecologist immediately and show my scans, as my right ovary is 59cm in volume which is pic 1 with twp small cysts on the ovary and my right ovary there is... well possibly a foetus, Doppler picked up heart rate of 135 my heart rate was 69, can you look and please advise as my gynaecologist can't fit me in for another 4 weeks. Many thanks

B HCG test advised
Detailed Answer:
Do a beta HCG test in blood at the earliest and then we can discuss further management accordingly.
If at all it is an ectopic pregnancy then it needs urgent management
