Question : My wife is 36 weeks & 4 days pregnant and she is having pain in entire abdomen for last 2 days what need to be done? Please suggest.

Any form of pain in the lower abdomen in the near term stage , as its been lasting for last 2 days and have been frequent if not continuous should always be evaluated to distinguish between three things, normal XXXXXXX hick uterine contraction, onset of latent stage of labour, or a abruption placentae.
It is important to get an ultrasound abdomen done and a general obstetric examination along with a previsional exam to check for foetal well being and cervical consistency and presence of membranes.
All these parameters should be evaluated , so please visit your obstetrician for an exam soon today.
