Here is what can be reason and what you can do.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

There can be a number of reasons in this matter

1) Fatigue due ti long standing or long journey on foot.
2) Weak bones because of low vitamin D or calcium.
3) Joint pain Due to increased uric acid.
4) In rare cases it can be arthritis.

This is the best plan i can suggest you.
1) Take good rest dont move around much for two three days.
2) Don't use high pruine diet for some days.
3) Take ibuprofen or tylenol for pain.
4) Ice your ankles.
5) Visit a doctor meanwhile to get uric acid levels..vitamin D calcium levels checked.
6) Start vitamin D calcium supplemention or uric acid meds if tests are abnormal.
