Brief Answer:
Investigations needed. Could be due to spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I would also insist you to get an X ray of cervical spine (AP and lateral) as well as X Ray of lumbosacral spine (AP and lateral) done. Spondylosis could be a possible cause of your problems.

I would recommend you to take juicy fruits like citrus fruits, and bananas as they contain plenty of potassium and should help in relieving muscle spasm which is often associated. Also use hot compress.

I would also recommend getting an ophthalmological evaluation done.

Let me know if you are seeking any specific guidance from me. I am eager to help.

Regards
