Question : I suddenly a few weeks ago started to have a pain when I lifted my right arm, I just thought I had done something to it. Then into about the 2nd week I got a pain from my groin all the down my right leg. If that wasn't enough it has traveled to my left arm but not my left leg yet. I find it difficult to get in and out of my clothes and trying to sleep has become extremely difficult. I have been under a lot of stress lately, but I'm starting to get worried that it may be something more serious. Thank you, XXXX

Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the arm and leg that you have can be related to spondylottic changes in the spine which are age related degenerative changes and can cause stiffness of the back and nerve root compression causing a radiating pain in the limbs. Rest, muscle relaxants and hot compress is the initial treatment. In case such pain is persistent then do consult your orthopedician for MRI scan of the spine and start with proper physiotherapy exercises to build a flexible spine.
