Question : I'm having pain from my arm pits to my hips on the right side of my body front an back

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The pain may be likely due to muscle involvement or radiculopathy.
If limbs are spared and pain persists get examined by a physician.
Pain killers with muscle relaxant like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside can be taken.
