What is your age?
Any pain radiation from neck to upper limbs or back to lower limbs?
Any weakness, thinning of limbs?
Any urinary complains like increased frequency, incontinence or retention?
Any trauma?
Any other medical illness?
Any investigations if available?
Physiotherapy is the key for back and neck pain.
Medications like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin can be used too.

Thanks for you reply, enclosed request details as below.
1.Age-32
2.Neck pain in upper limbs
3.No weakness but back pain if I am in seating position for more that 1 hour at a place.
4. No special investigation is available. but docter had prescribed for Gemical DS

Hello,
The pain at this age most commonly occurs due to muscular reasons of spine.
This can be due to wrong sitting posture too.
Get examined by a neurologist or physician and undergo imaging if needed.
You have been prescribed calcium.
You can take a short course of pain killers with muscle relaxant for a week.
Other drugs like pregabalin or amitryptiline can be used for radiating pain.
