Brief Answer:
Musculoskeletal Manifestation of wegeners

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Wegener's is basically an autoimmune disorder involving many organs systems of the body. What you are complaining of is basically the musculoskeletal victim of the wegener's/ Arthralgias and myalgias are very common and no doubt most disabling manifestation of wegener's.

You need a very compliant doses of immunosuppressants like methotrexate or corticosteroids and then maintain a remission state with these immunosuppressant medications .

Right now for the pain you may take some corticosteroids like prednisone or dexamethasone. Just go to a pain management expert or you may consult an ER department for imminent pain relief. They will provide you with your pills till the appointment.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Brief Answer:
doses adjustment

Detailed Answer:

Thank you for getting back to me

With prolonged use methotrexate medications may need to be readjusted for the dosages. Also corticosteroids may be considered for the remission. Any how these are musculoskeletal pain management and just needs pain management with good anti-inflammatory medications which you are already on. It's just matter of reshuffling the doses.

I hope it helps.
Take care
