Brief Answer:
I will mention symptoms of Clot in my answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

There are two types of blood clots.

1) Arterial.
2) Venous.

Now i will explain symptoms of both:

1) Arterial clot:

It occludes your artery which stops the blood flow to muscles and parts of the leg after the occlusion. It causes very severe pain which is usually unbearable. Most important sign of arterial blockage is that you lose pulses in the foot. If pulses are there and pain is bearable then it is not arterial blockage.

If there is unbearable pain (usually in one leg) and no pulses in foot(pulse specific areas) then it can be an arterial blockage which is an emergency and you have to rush to hospital but as you didn't mention any unbearable pain so In my opinion arterial clot is least possible.

2) Venous Clot( DVT).

It usually occurs in people who are immobilized for longer periods.
Who are taking oral contraceptive pills.
Who are bed bound.

Important points in DVT are:

1) Suggestive risk factors(which i mentioned above).
2) Swelling of one calf usually.
3) Calf is very tender.
4) Calf may be red.

If you do not have symptoms of arterial or venous blockage both , you can well be having just simple muscle pain which will be relieved by changing posture regularly while sitting, using Tylenol for pain and warm compresses to relieve spasm.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.
