Question : hi, Last night i developed a sudden pain in my right elbow, it is extremely tender to the touch.
To day in addition to that my upper back is tightening up and I am feeling quite lethargic overall...

I have studied your case and I think you may sleep in wrong position. It can be due to some ligament or muscle pulling also. But before I advised you anything I would like to know little detail of the illness
1.Is this pain on certain point or whole elbow?
2.Do you have same pain in past?
3.Do you have Diabetes or thyroid or smoking?
