Brief Answer:
Hematospermia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Given the combination of groin pain or discomfort and hematospermia, you should go in to see your doctor for an exam and a urinalysis.

Blood in semen can be due to several different causes and does need looking into. There can be infection or inflammation in the prostate, epididymis, or seminal vesicles.

Trauma to the region, such as with vigorous sex or masturbation can cause bleeding into the semen.

Polyps and tumors can too.

So, best to go in to help sort this out.

I hope this information helped. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.
