had it for many years on and off

i put cream on it cortizone-10 it used to get better, i tried some other creams
when i seat it better

i uploaded the creams

on the left side between my legs is a redline about 4''

I have reviewed the creams. But for cortisone, all other creams are used to treat fungal infections. Before recommending one over the other, may I kindly suggest that you upload an image of this red line for review.
