Brief Answer:
Neuralgia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

Pain in feet is usually caused by neuropathy (neuralgia).
If you have not suffered from any trauma or strain recently, then inflammation of the nerves is the most common reason of pain.

I hope there is no swelling of the feet in painful areas.

Taking only gabapentin tablets will not help.

You should also take anti inflammatory tablets like tramadol, paracetamol or etodolac as concomitant therapy. This will accelerate the healing process and in turn the pain will subside faster.

Local application of linseed oil and menthol will help.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
