Brief Answer:
Needs plaster

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your son has a small fracture of the elbow at the lateral epicondyle. He needs to be in a plaster slab or half plaster for now. Management can be treating conservatively with a cast or treating by surgery. In his case, an attempt with treating with cast can be given for at least 4-6 weeks.

I hope I have answered your query.
