Brief Answer:
Rest, ice, compression, elevation

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Thanks for the query

Usually, foot swelling can aggravate the pain due to injury.

Keep the limb elevated over 2 pillows. Avoid weight bearing. Perform ankle movements.

Do get a Xray of foot and ankle to look for fractures.

You can wear an elastic crepe bandage from foot to mid-calf for better relief.

Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after food for 3-4 days and Tablet Chymoral forte twice a day for 5 days. Also take Tablet Rabeprazole 20mg twice a day before meals for 5 days.

Apply ice to the affected region 6 times a day.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer you're follow up queries.
