Brief Answer:
Suggestions on pain abdomen

Detailed Answer:
HI...there are two possibilities -
1. Itching at urinary area and intermittent pain abdomen are symptoms of worm infestation. You need to use Tablet Albendazole 400mg one tablet now and another after 10 days. This will set things right please.

2. As you are giving Maxtra, the Phenylephrine in it can cause pain abdomen and so I recommend you stop it. Better not use Phenylephrine as it may cause faster heart rate and tachycardia sometimes.

You need to worry about pain abdomen only if you observe above danger symptoms which I have inquired about.

I wish your kid a speedy recovery. If you need any future medical consultation and suggestions, I will be glad to help. You can approach me at the following link.

Suggestions on habitual constipation

Detailed Answer:
Hi...by what you say I feel that this is habitual constipation, such a long and hard stool.

Suggestions:
1. Natural methods are the best to relieve constipation.
2. Constipation is a risk factor for UTI
3. Maximum milk consumption per day should not exceed 300-400ml
4. Minimum 3-4 cups of fruits and vegetables to be consumed per day
5. Toilet training - that is - sitting in XXXXXXX type of lavatory daily at the same time will help a lot.
6. Give her at least 3 litres of water per day.
