Brief Answer:
Clinical examination is preferable...

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The symptoms of pain in your lower limbs can be due to
1. General systemic condition
2. Neurological condition of the spine
3. Vascular disorder of lower limbs.

You will need a battery of tests to isolate the cause. Sometimes the pain could be unrelated to specific medical condition where all test can return normal. Therefore the best and the most cost effective means to understand the cause is through a careful clinical examination. Your local doctor will examine the limbs, the spine, peripheral pulses as well as bodily systems. Based on examination, the necessary tests will be ordered.

If I were you, I would choose this approach instead of ordering all tests for all possible conditions.

Hope I made sense. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
