You need to get an ultrasound urgently and visit a physician at the earliest.
Till then take tablet drotin to relieve the pain.
Also I would like to know if you have loose stools or painful urination and if the pain is intermittent or continuous.
Don't take it lightly and update me the reports so that we can discuss further plan of management.
