Brief Answer:
Kidney stones or infection seem most probable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms are most likely caused by urinary tract infection. Back pain indicates that the kidney is affected. You may have some frequent urinating, burning while urinating or blood in urine. However pain can be the only reason.
If the pain has appeared suddenly, kidney stones are also possible.
I suggest you to consult your doctor. Please have urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound done. In case of an infection, antibiotic should be given.
You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.
Hot bath can help with the pain.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
