Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description and history, it appears to be a traumatic injury which you overlooked or weren't aware of at that very moment.

For confirmation purposes, an ultrasound of the area involving the bruise can be advised to look for an soft tissue swelling or collection. X rays of the lumbosacral spine should also be done to look for any vertebral abnormality that may warrant an MRI based on clinical findings and x ray evidence.

Ibuprofen tablets and local diclofenac gel can be continued for symptomatic relief. Complete blood count with platelets and coagulation profile should also be done if a bleeding tendency/ disorder history is suspected.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
