Question : pain in middle of back left edge. took 5 day bike ride and since have been urinating much more frequently. pain in back seemed to be muscular but worried it may be an organ

urine pH from perspiration or other reasons.

1. Pain - type, radiation if anywhere, intensity since beginning same or
altering.
2. Associated nausea, fever or other features if any.
3. Was your water intake during 5 days bike ride was less as compared to
normal course ?
