Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation, examination and investigations needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of pains in the lower abdomen and pelvic area.
The pains make you to stop when walking.
Also read the list of medicines you are taking and I do not think these may be causing such type of pain you have described.

May I please know any further information, history or old reports or opinions of the Doctors you might have taken till now.
You may please post the old reports, opinions , prescriptions as > YYYY@YYYY
This may help me more to help you.
Please give detailed history related to any nausea, vomiting, bloating, constipation / loose bowel movements, any urinary symptoms, pain in the back and so on.
Is there any radiation to the lower limbs ?
What is the type of pain you get- I mean throbbing, burning, twisting, like cutting or so?

This can be diagnosed well by :
-Clinical evaluation and actual physical examination by Gynecologist and / or General Surgeon.
-Assisted by the relevant tests of blood, urine, stool and Ultrasonography and CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis.
-Once a probable diagnosis is made, further confirmation and treatment as per the cause will help you to get rid of the problems you have.
-A possibility of other rare causes like inter-vertebral disc should be kept in mind (in case the routine tests are normal and the clinical diagnosis is in dilemma).

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications if you feel there is a gap of communication.
