Noted the letter posted by you about sex, pain and other symptoms.
Since all your symptoms are on left sided I would advise you the following:
Tests of blood.
Urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
MRI of lower spine.
Color Doppler study of penis.
Actual examination by an Urologist and further evaluation, investigations as needed to get a proper diagnosis which is very important for proper management.
