Question : hi my mom is having pain for the last two days in the region below the ear ( both ears) internal pain. Previously also she had pain. but for last 2 days its continuous.
age 50 years
on sugar medication for last 5 years

KINdly suggest some medication.

As per your narrated history, it's extremely important to rule out infection of the ear and throat.

These ear infections are very common in diabetics.

I advise you to get a thorough visual and microscopic examination of the ear and throat by an expert Otolaryngologist.

In case any clues of infection/inflammation are found out, suitable antibiotics are instituted.
