Question : I have had my lumbar fused but now I am having pain in my thoracic or back rib area. IT wakes me at night. I don't know if it is more problems.I was diagnosed with stenosis and scoliosis and have a rod

There could be problems regarding implant stability. There could be loosening or upper level instability.

I would advise you to get an Xray of the thoracolumbar and lumbosacral spine.

Avoid forward bending or weight lifting.

It would also be helpful to consult your Operating surgeon who has done the surgery for better insight.
