                                    pain gets a little better after bowl movement once a day bowl movement explosive some times diaarea  sommtimes soft but formed with fatty appearence no blood no nausea  no change in urine  or weight loss  no appeite change no radation o0f pain do have gas and somtime a bloating feeling after eating

- Drink plenty of liquids including boiled water , lemon juice , coconut water ,
butter milk , organic tea , coffee .

- Avoid excess oily , spicy , non veg stuffs , dairy fat till possible .
- Regular walking , deep breathing exercises , YOGA help great .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Maintain regular sound sleep of 8 hours .
