Question : About 3 years ago I started having pain in my right rib cage area and under right arm pit-I went through multiple blood tests at CT scans and all I had were swollen lymph nodes. Still to this day the pain comes back in both under arm and rib area. The other day after a night of drinking (red wine) I got sick; first time almost a clear liquid second and third time a little pink tint and the fourth time what looked like a little blood-red in color. The blood in the vomit and the pain in my side that I have been experience makes me nervous that it is my liver however back when the pain first started and in my year of testing there was no mention of any damage to my liver. Due to the color of the blood makes me think it is not stomach or liver related and from what I have noticed in my 3 years of having this pain in my side I believe it is gas related but I would love your opinion. I leave for a trip in a day and if this persists I will pay a visit to my PC.
Brief Answer:
Do not worry
Detailed Answer:
hi
welcome to HCM
thank you for the query
I understand your concern
the pain you have been suffering looks like muscular or possibly some heightened sensitivity in that area and looks like not much to worry since its persistent for long time and your scans have been normal. Regarding the blood vomit you could be a small mucous tear hence I suggest a watch and wait policy.
Regards,
Do not worry
