Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Leg pain preceded by bowel movement can be a trigger of back pain that radiates to leg. With constipated bowels leg pain is more likely. Bladder fullness can trigger nearby muscles and irritates the pain.

You need good bowel habits, managing diet and lifestyle , manage constipation if there, try to reduce bowel movement sitting time and prefer morning times after breakfast for bowel movements.

Take some tylenol and muscle relaxant for the leg pain and see if it helps. If the pain persists, then get to your doctor and let them assess the leg pain an correlate it with the cause.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
