Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicles

need to see a doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for you question.
Testicular pain is most often from an infection so you definitely need to see a doctor to get an exam.
If the egg shaped structure you are talking about is in the scrotum (not the sacrum) then it could be a cyst and again you would need to see a doctor to make sure that it is nothing more serious.
If the egg shape in inn your sacrum (low back) then see your regular doctor to have them determine the cause.
There is no over the counter medication that we could recommend without knowing exactly what is going on and that requires an exam.
I hope you can see your doctor soon.
If the testicular pain is severe it could be something called testicular torsion where the testicle gets turned around cutting off the blood supply. This is an emergency so if the pain is severe, go to Emergency now.
