Question : Hi doctor I m XXXX frm banglore I have problem in testicle one is smaller that is left side and another one bigger and it's not frm my birth in last 8 years back get pain that time consult to doctor he gave some tablet then I get one small one bigger please suggest me if any problem and now I getting to pain plz I need urgent support and plz give me tablet or any thing msg me I m notrying able to show the doctor plz help for this issue I getting so much pain from last 3 days and I want to see my testicle same size what can I do plz suggest me soon

A scrotal doppler scan is needed.

Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Both testicles are never identical in any individual.
Naturally,you should not worry about that aspect.
But the reason for your pain in last 3 days needs to be investigated.

To know the cause for it,undergo the following tests,after an Urologist consult :
1. Urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,RBS,creatinine,LFT,and platelets.
3. scrotal doppler ultrasound scan.

According to the reports,an expert opinion can be given.
You may send the reports here,for the same.
In the meantime,take an anti-inflammatory tablet,to relieve your pain.
