Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

It can be due to prolonged sitting hours in front of computers during the job (let me know if you're in a desk job or something else)...can even be due to some nutritional deficiencies also, for which I'd recommend going for a comprehensive health check-up(if not done already)...

Also, try to find out if you're engaged in any heavy/strenuous activities one week back which might be a culprit behind this...

Always try to sit with your spine straight, and take frequent short breaks (5-10mins) in between work and just walk around the premises...

If the pain is unbearable, for symptomatic relief, you can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg three times daily after food.. apply some hot fomentation gently over the area twice daily.. along with this you can also apply analgesic gel Diclofenac locally (eg.VOLINI GEL), just apply it gently over the affected area twice daily but do not massage..

Drink plenty of water (at least 2.5 ltr) throughout the day to remain well hydrated...

If despite following this, symptoms persist or worsen, then I'd suggest a clinical examination of the area by an Orthopedician along with few relevant investigation (X-ray of the Lumbosacral spine, CBC, Vitamin B12 level, serum Calcium, Vit D3 level, ESR etc.) for further management...
