Brief Answer:
Globus. Nexium would provide relief.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani and I am pleased to assist you.

You have symptoms of globus pharyngeus and phayngitis.
The most likely cause is Gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Nexium once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks would provide relief.

I would advice you to get an upper GI endoscopy to rule out any obstructive lesions in the throat like a web.

Regards,
Dr.Barani
