Explained some other possible diagnoses that need to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HealthcareMagic,
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

I would suggest taking a painkiller (Ibuprofen 400mg, every 8 hours with food) and using a local analgesic cream 3-4 times/day for the next 2-3 days.

If helpful, then it most probably is just muscular and soon will be ok.

If not helpful, then it can be a nerve problem (if you have any numbness also), a lungs problem (if you have also cough and/ shortness of breath) or a cardiac problem if it continues being tight/heavy continuously getting worse, and is not affected by any movement).

Let me know if any of those above-mentioned accompanying features are present or not, depending on them, I can advise accordingly.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
