Question : Is there something going around now that makes every bone in your body hurt especially the upper back and neck. Also some congestion and coughing?

You seem to be suffering from some infection most probably upper respiratory tract infection.
You have body pains esp upper back and neck.
Over the counter ROBUTUSSIN CHEST CONGESTION is available over the counter, thrice a day can help before you see a doctor. You may need a course of mild antibiotic which is a prescription medicine. For body pains take TYLENOL double strength.
Besides steam inhalations with eucalyptus oil would definitely improve.
