Brief Answer:
Need to get an X-ray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Most likely, you are developing cervical spondylosis.

So, please get an X-ray of cervical spine done in AP and Lateral view and send me the report, I want to see the present condition of disc spaces and vertebrae.

Till then, have a combination of analgesic and anti-inflammatory Tab. Aceclofenac100mg + Thiocolchicoside4mg two times a day by prescription of your family doctor as this is not over the counter drug.

Apply hot packs gently over the area.

Avoid doing overhead activities and weightlifting.

Avoid prolonged desktop/laptop use as much as you can.

I hope it helps. Feel free to ask further.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
