I understand your concern..

Is there itching and white discharge with pain? Did it start after intercourse?

If so it could be due to fungal infection and local application of clotrimazole helps to reduce pain.. But if there is only pain then lignicaine jelly will be sufficient..

It's available over counter in XXXXXXX but not sure in other countries.. you can see Doc to get an examination done to rule out the causes of pain and get a prescription too..
