Brief Answer:
Possible divertculitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Lower left abdominal pain is quite characteristic for diverticulitis of sigmoid colon. Loose stool can be also present with this issue. Low grade fever can also appear. Diverticulitis is a condition caused by constipation. So if you have had any constipation before, this is possible.
Other issues which can give pain in this area are inguinal hernia, urinary tract infection or as you are post hysterectomy bowels issues caused by adhesions.
Hernia usually gives a lump in the groin. The pain is more intense when standing and coughing.
Urinary tract issues give also burning while urinating, frequent urinating.
Bowels problems due to adhesions give usually bloating.
I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound and blood work done at first. If diverticles inflammation will be confirmed, you should get antibiotics prescribed. After 3 weeks post antibiotics treatment, colonoscopy should be done.
If no diverticulitis will be detected, colonoscopy should be done in first possible term.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
