Hi,Thanks for the updates on more information
I reviewed your query with the updated information about the query and reviewed all the data,in context of the lab test reports.

I understood your health concerns as follows-
and that understanding is given with the explanation for its causes for each of the complaints/or health concerns you have-
That you had post-viral Vasculitis with hives on both arms and legs, for which your GP prescribed prednisolone /cortisone cream and antihistamines.
And on 7th day you got relief. Simultaneously you had
a-Stabbing /small Sharp pains ,which is slowly increasing in intensity,coming forward from right side of your back ,just below bottom of rib cage with no relief of ibuprofen(nurofen) /panadol(Paracetamol)
b-Pain in the back of throat
c-Light niggling / tingling Pain in left inguinal about 3 fingers above the inguinal crease,which started when back pain started
d-Bowel passing feel of bowel movement with heaviness in stomach still. But with normal appetite.(Indicating –Mild Enterocolitis /vasculitis of the small –(causing heaviness in stomach feel)and large bowel-(Causing increased bowel passing feel)
e-Your urine color is yellow even after 2 liter water intake(caused by the increased protein destruction due to auto-immune disease and from steroid treatment ,giving dark yellow colour even after normal intake of 2 liter water)
f-With your normal temperature and other vitals.
g-Blood reports suggesting Viral Vasculitis with increased renal stress
My diagnosis and Suggested Treatment plan-

If the above data is right as given from you,You seem to be suffering from
Post-Viral Vasculitis with –
a-Rash on both arms and legs(Skin hives caused due to skin vasulitis)-for which you are on treatment with your GP
b-Pain in back and right of back with increasing intensity(-(indicates Mild Myelitis /radiculitis caused from Vasculitis / Viral infection )
c-Niggling light pain in left groin 3 fingers above inguinal crease(indicates-(indicates Mild Myelitis /radiculitis caused from Vasculitis /Viral infection)
d-Yellow urine and moderate high Bp (from protein destruction caused from auto-immune reactive vasculitis and also prednisolone treatment)

With the above disease picture,I would suggest following steps-

a-Consult your specialist ER Physician,as the case is complicated with the increasing radiculitis and myelitis,post viral vasculitis in your case,as he is the right person to take care of your conditions so as to prevent its complications.
b-Who would investigate by CT Spinal Cord of Cervical and Thoraco-lumbar region to diagnose the extent of the Myelitis/radiculitis caused from Vasculitis/Viral infection
c-and CT Abdomen- which would investigate the extent of the Entero-Colitis caused from Vasculitis / Viral Infection.

Impression In Conclusion-

-You need to consult ER Physician to treat your case in the right direction and to avoid further complications of your disease.
-Above suggestions would need Second Opinion from following Specialists-Your ER Physician and if need be from Er Neurologist ,who would investigate and treat it according to the progress and need of your disease process.
