Question : I hit my toe pretty hard 6 weeks ago and I ran a 5k two weeks ago! my fourth toe (same one I hit) on my right foot has been killing me and of course hurts worse when I wear any shoe. What can I do

You should definitely have an x-rat off this toe. There might be some fracture which has not healed property. Some fractures can give no symptoms or the symptoms can appear after some time.
