Brief Answer:
You need examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Probably Muscle pain?
Accurate diagnosis demands examination
And most probably investigation too
GET EXAMINED
The treating doctor alone could conclude better based on total clinical picture…
It is wiser to look and see rather than wait and guess

Leading clues for pain diagnosis are – precipitating or relieving factors, duration, severity, associated morbidity etc. – supplemented by findings on clinical examination
Pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on / Pain from food pipe or stomach is related to food or swallowing / Pain from lungs or its coverings are related to breathing or cough / Pain from chest wall muscles is related to movements… the list is long!

At this age, one needs examination / and basic tests like ECG, X-ray chest and – may be - blood work up

In the meantime, rest, hot packs, Over The Counter Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug like Ibuprofen can help / Muscle relaxants help – but need prescription

Good luck
God bless you
