Question : I always get a pain in my wrist a few days before my periods, it's always the same wrist and don't get it anywhere else, Can you explain this to me please?

I am so sorry to hear about this pain in your wrist just before menses. This is part of a premenstrual syndrome caused by fluid retention caused by hormonal changes. retained fluid exerts pressure on the median nerve as it exits through the risk and explains these symptoms. This is benign an d these pains would normally resolve within days after the onset of menses. For relief, use tylenol and avoid bending the hand at the wrist. Also, reduced salt intake would be helpful at this, too!
