Suggest Treatment For Pain Management

Question: Hello ,
Here are the details..

Hgb 4.7
B.urea 71
S.creatinine 2.9
Potassium 3.3
Glu 3+
Vab positive
Hbsag negative

These are reports I could see and now she is on bed and can't take food but only water and milk(less quantity).
Unable to see her pain.
Suggest me what can be done.

Sorry to know about your mother's condition.
She need palliative care so that pain can be reduced.
However,few supportive treatment can be advised.
Packed cell RBC transfusion is one of the option.
Dialysis can be done after evaluation.
At present,strong analgesics can be prescribed for relief from pain.
I suggest you to take her to palliative care centre.She can be managed there properly.
