Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
This may be either trigeminal neuralgia or non specific stress related tingling.
Is there any earache, hearing loss, headache, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
You should take adequate rest, timely food.
Amitryptiline can be tried initially.
Other medications for trigeminal neuralgia are carbamazepine, pregabalin, gabapentin.
In case of uncontrolled symptoms, a visit to a neurologist will be helpful.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
