Brief Answer:
Most probably it is muscular strain

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Pain on both side of rib cage is not very common. Most probably it is due to muscular strain. It can occur due to sleeping in wrong posture, long travelling or exercises. I would suggget you following.
1.hot water fomentation
2.Volini gel local application
3.tablet Etorixoxib one daily.
4.muscle relaxant like myoril or myospaz can be taken.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
