Brief Answer:
You may be having cartilage softening

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having cartilage softening, also called as Chondromalacia Patella. In this condition there is problem in squatting, sitting cross leg and stair climbing. I have following suggestions for you.
1. Avoid any exercises like running , squatting.
2.You need to strengthen your thigh muscles through static quadriceps exercises.
3. Tablet Diacerin one daily will be helpful, it will increase cartilage healing.
4. If pain is severe than take Tablet Etoricoxib one daily .
I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if you want to ask any further questions.
Thanks
