                                    Brief Answer:
Early stage of genital pimple or ingrown hair.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for additional information and image.
I have reviewed your attached image and it is MORE likely suggestive of vaginal or genital pimple due to irritation of surrounding skin.
It is COMMONLY associated with recent hair shaving and using oily or chemical product around genital region. Bacterial infection and ingrown hair may be the underlying causes of labial soreness.
TREATMENT: Keep the area clean, dry and do not use soaps or detergents in that area. Wear loose cotton panties only. Other fabrics do not soak the sweat produced in that area and hence aid in pimple formation.
Hot water pad compression, using anti-bacterial ointment (MUPIROCIN) locally and taking Painkiller (like Diclofenac and Paracetamol combination) are quite useful to treat this type condition. Kindly, consult with your local doctor for complete prescription.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish your good health and take care yourself.
